LTC has developed a flexible and modular approach for addressing the wide variety of measurement and inspection challenges our customers bring to us.  In most cases we can provide a Laser MicroMap system with an appropriate mix of standard and custom components.  These automated laser inspection systems are modular and versatile, so each system can be capable of using all of our core technologies, including laser profile mapping, LaserVideo imaging and LSPI.

Laser MicroMap™ System

The Laser MicroMap™ system is capable of rapidly, accurately and quantitatively mapping the surfaces of tubes, pipes, flat plates and complex surfaces.  Its flexible and user-friendly LaserViewer™ control and analysis software provides a wide variety of options for motion control, data acquisition, analysis and display.

Laser MicroMap™ 3D Profiler

The 3D Profiler is a standard Laser MicroMap system designed for laboratory or benchtop small component analysis.  Available with interchangeable sensors, the 3D Profiler provides high resolution non-contact maps and images of flat or contoured components.

The Tube Inspection System is designed for tube and bore analysis.  It provides high-resolution non-contact maps of tubes, pipes and high length-to-diameter parts.

Although many applications can be addressed with LTC's standard Laser MicroMap™ systems, some applications require a degree of customization. Our modular product design enables us to adapt our standard systems using primarily off-the-shelf components.
